Terms and conditions
Kennlock Construction LLC — effective September 11, 2026
1. The text-message program
Program name: Kennlock employee time reporting.
Description: Kennlock Construction LLC (“Kennlock”) sends its employees a text message once a week, from (678) 616-0655, showing the week as scheduled and asking for the hours they worked. Employees reply with their hours. Kennlock uses the replies to prepare payroll and to record labor against jobs. The program is for Kennlock employees only and carries no marketing.
Message frequency: about one to three messages a week — one on Sunday and up to two same-day reminders to employees who have not yet replied. Occasionally a follow-up about a reported week.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Kennlock does not charge for the messages and does not reimburse messaging costs.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages. You may reply START to opt back in.
Help: reply HELP to any message — you will get a reply with Kennlock’s contact email and how to stop — or email Kennlock at ap@kennlock.com.
Opting in: the program only messages employees who have opted in by replying to a text from the owner’s own phone agreeing to report hours by text; the owner records that consent and its date in Kennlock’s system before the program’s number sends anything. The program never sends a first message to a number that has not opted in.
Eligibility: the program is available to current Kennlock employees who have opted in as above. You must be the account holder for that number or have the account holder’s permission.
Your replies: report your hours truthfully and only for yourself. Replies are records used to pay you and to keep Kennlock’s payroll records, and are treated as described in the privacy policy.
Carriers: supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be affected by your carrier, your phone, or coverage.
Employment: declining or opting out of the program does not change your employment or your pay; it changes how you report your hours — you tell the owner, who enters them, as before.
